REGISTRATION RULES
1. REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION
Confirmation of registration will be sent by e-mail upon confirmation of payment.
2. REGISTRATION DEADLINE
Registrations may be made through the website until June 24, 2012. After that date, only at the event venue, subject to availability of vacancies.

3. DISCOUNT POLICY
- Anticipated Registrations (by March 12, 2012): 20% discount – R$ 3,160.00
- Anticipated Registrations (by May 07, 2012): 15% discount – R$ 3,357.50
- Brazil Steel Members: 20% discount – R$ 3,160.00
- Exhibitor/congress participant: 15% discount – R$ 3,357.50
- Partners: 10% discount - R$ 3,555.00
- More than one registration per company: Companies registering more than one employee will enjoy a 10% discount over the total amount due (Discount valid from May 08, 2012 until the beginning of the conference).
Note: The discounts are NON-cummulative.
4. REGISTRATIONS AT THE EVENT VENUE
- Payments in the name of the company for obtaining receipt will not be accepted unless upon written authorization.
- Registrations made at the event venue may be paid for using check, cash or credit card.
5. ACCESS TO THE EVENT VENUE
- Proof of identity (document) will be required for access to the event and for delivery of material.
- People under 18 years old will be denied access to the event.
6. CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations must be requested by e-mail or fax. The amount to be reimbursed will be as follows:
1. Until 45 days prior to the event: 80% reimbursement of the amount paid;
2. Until 30 days prior to the event: 60% reimbursement of the amount paid;
3. Until 10 days prior to the event: 20% reimbursement of the amount paid
4. Within 10 days prior to the event there will be no reimbursements of amounts paid; substitutions will be accepted, upon formal written notification by the company via e-mail or fax. Failure to attend to the event shall not imply in the automatic cancellation of the registration nor in reimbursement of the amounts previously paid. 7. PARKING
Not included in the registration fee. For parking prices, check the schedule of charges at Transamerica Expocenter in force as of the event.

ExpoSteel 2012 will be held parallel to the Conference. It is a business fair with over 3,700 m2 of constructed area, with the participation of steel and mining companies, suppliers of equipment, services and technological innovation for the steel production chain. Besides delegates, visitors will be granted free access to the area.
